By using the Taghleefy Tech website or contacting us to request our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before working with us.

Scope of Services

Taghleefy Tech provides specialized digital transformation services for packaging, print, and print-shop factories. Every engagement starts with a free 45-minute discovery session, followed by a needs study and pricing engineering phase, and concludes with a custom technical and commercial proposal tailored to each print shop and factory's actual scope of work.

Ordering & Pricing

Pricing is determined after the free discovery session and a study of your factory's needs, and is presented in a written technical and commercial proposal outlining scope, cost, and timeline. The proposal is finalized in writing once the order is confirmed by both parties.

Payment Terms

Payment terms and installment schedules for each project are set out in writing in the signed quote or agreement before work begins. Execution does not start until the agreed payment is confirmed.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of the final agreed designs and code transfers to the client upon full payment. Taghleefy Tech retains the right to feature the project as a work sample in its marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide the required content, data, and technical specifications (such as catalog details, pricing, and logo) on the agreed schedule, to keep delivery timelines on track.

Limitation of Liability

Taghleefy Tech makes every effort to ensure the quality and reliability of its work, and is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the client's use of the delivered digital tools outside their agreed scope of use.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice, with payment due for work actually completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
